Ripshin Update: Dec. 17,2025

Over the next few weeks, a new gate will be installed and tested at the entrance to Ripshin Lake Road, depending upon weather conditions.  Once the new gate is operational, instructions on its operation will be provided to each Member, along with two new remote operators.  A new keypad also will be installed to open the gate by entering a four-digit code, just like the old gate.  The gate system will have entrapment protection devices to prevent the gate closing on a vehicle or person.   

Please use caution for workers around the gate during this period of installation and testing and notify anyone visiting your property.  Thank you for your patience during this time.
