Ripshin Update: Dec. 10, 2025

• Lot 52 is no longer on contract. 

• The Ripshin Lake Road Gate has been determined to be unreliable and damaged beyond repair. John Seward was able to locate a gate of the same length readily available, which has been ordered and is scheduled to be delivered on Monday, December 15th. The old gate has been dismantled and the new gate will be installed at the earliest possible time.  An insurance claim has been filed for damages. 

• Due to the colder weather forecast in the coming days, we may begin to slowly draw down the lake ahead of schedule.  Please email the secretary if you still have a boat in the water or if the drawdown at this time would present a problem. 

• Whenever possible, we plan to add 5 loads of Crush and Run gravel to the road, to make sure there is good coverage on all the hills.
