The Board met last evening, and we have the following updates:
The work on Ripshin Lake Road is now complete! Over the last few days, the road was re-graded to achieve proper crowning, potholes filled and compacted, and 4 loads of gravel placed in strategic areas. This should keep the road in good shape through 2026 – provided everyone observes the 10 MPH speed limit to prevent displacement of the gravel. We need your help to ensure you as well as your guests, vendors and contractors comply with the 10 MPH speed limit.
Rod Springhetti was elected and has agreed to serve out the remainder of Steven Gilreath’s term as director. Thank you, Rod!
On Monday, Jeff and Lisa Meade rescinded their purchase contract for 342 Ripshin Lake Road, the Paty property and membership. If you know of any prospects, please contact John Seward, and he will inform Jessica Auten, the Realtor.
The new gate installation is underway and should be completed in the next two weeks. Many thanks to John Seward, Steve Smoot, Sam Lewis and Sam Ogburn for their work to make this happen. As soon as the gate is operational, we will distribute remotes and provide instructions.
There are several birch trees down on lake Lot 55. If anyone is interested in the firewood, please contact John Seward to make arrangements.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Anna Gillon
Secretary
